I'm starting this group as part of my effort to become free of industrialized foods. I want to become as strong and healthy as I can, and realize that this will involve abandoning the Standard American Diet. Instead, I'd like to eat as our distant hunter gatherer ancestors ate, an eating style known as the Paleo diet. Meeting others on a similar path would make the journey so much fun! The "Wildlands Trailrunners" meet on a weekly basis for low-impact trail runs and walks on conservation lands throughout southeastern Massachusetts. Wildlands Trust provides leaders for each meet-up session and participants may attend as many or few sessions as they please. These meet-ups are free of charge and non-competitive. All experience levels and ages are welcome. We divide into a walking a running group and each group follows trails for ~2 to 3 miles.
